i worked very hard.

Which assignments did you enjoy and why?

I enjoyed Raft,minecraft and sketch up.
Which assignments did you struggle with and why?

i struggled with raft and minecraft and sketch up a little bit

i struggled mostly because of time, that and i need a new computer because sketch up always crashes and freezes on my device, but i made good use of my class time. i just wasn't really great at raft, and when i tried to pirate it it wouldn't launch on my computer because of a certain bug called Mono error

Upgrades

1.  the research table allows me to do upgrades so i can make this post.

2. the extra planks make my boat bigger and there is more space to build things

3. the crop pot helps make food so i don't go hungry.

1. gather supplies to make a spear
2. make a water purifier or you will die.
3. craft a box for supplies in case you do die
4. make a crop box
5.expand your boat

7. get crops from an island or a barrel to use

2. the hook is the best tool to make for survival.
you spawn with one ,but it isn't infinite. if you swim to get supplies you will die from the shark or loose your raft. (IMAGE)

 Your raft to date (IMAGE). What is the best feature on your raft? the best feature in my raft is its size. it is big enough for all my supplies.

Game Journalism Play 3

I built a storage box and a garden. the storage box is a game changer because you can store stuff there and if you die you can just get them out of the box the garden makes you lots of food so you don't go hungry.

tommorrow i will focus on making more items.

i built this raft big enough so everything is in the middle. i did not want a perfect square, i wanted it longer  than it is wide. some parts are missing from the shark but i am making it wider and longer simular to a real boat.

i made a water purifier and cup FIRST before anything else so i would not spontaniously get dehydrated, then i made a spear to fight off the shark, then i made a hammer to repair the boat and after that i foucused on making a bigger boat and making more tools. i learned that making a water purifier and cup first will make you live longer. i also learned you cannot paddle to the other boats.will focus on making a bigger boat.

 i added a water purifier and more planks.

this game is about survival on a raft. like subsistance, you have to survive and it is hard.
you must collect floating objects in the water, which there is an alarming amount of.

you can collect debris with your hook or by grabbing them.



i died due to lack of water. i need to make sure the shark dosen't eat my water purifier.

1. What specifically did you do?

2. What did you learn about about how to play the game?
i learned you cannot build a raft, and the raft you want will sink. you can walk and swim and use the hook. i tried using the hook to hold my boat but apperently i have infinite rope when it comes to my raft floating away. the rope just seems to stretch infintely as is the boat floats into nothingness.
3. What strategies are you going to try to focus on tomorrow?

ill try to see why the other raft sinks and  figure out how to expand my raft which seems impossible at this point.
